v 1.1 Update - Fixed an issue with "10:00" when not on 24 hour time. The zeros are so big it pushed the time out of bounds. This has been fixed by dynamically loading a smaller font size in for "10:00" and then reverting back to the normal size at "10:01"

As requested, this version of b00bs (w) provides two short pulses on the hour. This pulse is different than a notification pulse to avoid any confusion and is weaker to save battery power.
