Modern Runic Clock by Jason Bales
The runes have values of 1 to 24. Since there are 24 hours in a day, this means we can assign one rune to each hour of the day. Ideally we would make 24 equal divisions, each with a rune, on a clock face and have the clock run at half speed. Since I have only seen one clock that runs at half speed, we will need to make a new face for a standard 12 hour clock
