SimProgress 8a to 10p

Description

Addition of a discreet progress bar to SimpleWeek for minimal power consumption during screen update. Comes in different flavors for different time ranges. Code will be made available soon so you can tweak your own time range.

Inspired by NineToFive (by rscott) and modified from SimpleWeek (by atkaper).
