Introducing: Modern Chaos time.
The hour: the number the short hand points at.
The minutes: remember what the number the long hand points at means in a normal clock; 3 stands for 15, 10 stands for 50 etc. You also get a hint - a little before 3 is 13 or 14, a little after is 16 or 17...
Based on an original concept invented by Yuval Eshet (YESHET) + Fowler's clean Modern design.
