Description

Displays the time in a school blackboard style, with fractions used for partial time increments.
Shows the month at the top in a title, e.g. "May's Fractions".
Shows the day, with the fraction of the day passed
Shows the hour, with the fraction of the hour passed
Shows the minute, with the fraction of the minute passed.
The standard time can be easily read down the left hand side (day, hour,min).

I haven't done anything clever with trying to calculate the fractions, I've just used look-up arrays.

Version 1.1
Corrected an error where long month names caused the title to truncate.
Corrected some incorrect fractions, and reduced some others to lower denominators.
Made the word "fractions" a seperate layer to save it having to update with the month name.
