98 Weather (Traditional Chinese)

Description

Base on Futura Weather 1.7 (no vibration) which is modification of 'Roboto + Weather' by ZoneMR.

Add Missed Calls, Unread SMS, and Sunset, Sunrise info status which is from 91 Weather and requires the "Pebbler" app v2.0.0 or newer (http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bg.pebbler)

And Optimize code.
