A 4 time zone watchface including California, New York, Pilipinas and Canada-Vancouver with region base as Canada-Vancouver. All offsets are based on Canada-Vancouver time. Thanks to Ryan Hutchinson for base codes. Black on white are day times while white on black are night times.
