Mixed (analog and digital) face with Hungarian date.
Vegyes, magyar dátummal.
A simple digital face with hungarian date.
Egy egyszer? magyar nyelv? digitális óra.
Flyers themed timepiece with both analog and digital faces
An extension to my earlier Text Watch mod, designed to augment the time shown in linguistic form with a small and unobtrusive graphic feature. A narrow progress bar along the bottom ticks out the hour, and one along the top ticks out the day. Two larger tickmarks on the upper bar indicate the sunrise and sunset times, giving you an 'at-a-glance' indication of how much daylight is left.
The sunrise and sunset times are calculated on the watch, so changing the location & timezone will require recompiling it. The version here is set for Los Angeles, California, USA. I am concerned that with the way the code is structured, it will be repeating the sunrise/sunset calculations with every tick of a minute, instead of just once a day. That may affect battery life; but I've only been using this for 1 day, so I can't say for sure yet. (So far, it's fine.) The code I copied seemed to have some structures to only do the computation at the top of each hour, but that caused me problems on initilization, so I removed them. I'm not really a programmer, just a do-it-yourselfer using cloudpebble.net. Code is definitely not optimized! Will be happy to send you my source if you want to put it on github, clean it up, tweak it, or just change the location & timezone. Would be great if it used something like httpebble to automatically get the users location and timezone from their phone, instead of baking it in the way I have.
Sunrise/Sunset calculations were copied from this:

If you want the version that omits the sunrise/sunset calcs, and just shows progress bars without them:
http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=5193
(I learned to make progress bars by studying: http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=585)
If you just want the Text Watch without any bars, but with the date formatted the way you see here:
http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=5066
(The code I initially copied as a starting point, with the date formatted differently: http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=1433)
Pacific Standard Time version, since we just changed the clocks for the winter. Original version is Pacific Daylight Time. This change only affects the location of the sunrise/sunset tickmarks. Note, my concerns about my non-optimized code affecting battery life turned out to not be an issue. I leave this face on all the time, and am still getting a week of battery life, no problem. Enjoy!

This is my variation on the Text Watch. Differences are:
- Includes the day of the week and date.
- The minutes are written in bold for better readability.
- Black text on white background also for better readability.
- Spelling corrections on some of the teen numbers.
- Font size adjusts in order to maximize screen filling.
- After trying o and o', I settled for "oh".
Updated to run with SDK 2.0. You must have the new watch firmware.
As requested, same large font, but with black background.
A simple guitar chord application. Shows open fingering positions for all root notes for major, minor, and major 7. If enough people like it, I'll add more features! I'm thinking multiple chord positions, more chord types, etc.

** What's new 0.2 **

each number looses one or two lines...it is hard to read but once you know what each number is it is very easy. so you can now know how to read your watch when others cant. download please. Also the numbers look better on your pebble. the time here is 1:40
I wanted to combine the nice layout and the animation of the Text watch with the fuzzy time and natural language of the Fuzzy time watch face. This is the Swedish version, for English, see the end of this text.
Fuzzy time, in this case, means that the watch has a 5 minute accuracy. It does however change three minutes ahead so you should still be able to get to your appointments on time. (Example, it changes from "five to nine" to "nine o'clock" at 08:57)
Features:
- Fuzzy time in natural language. (Swedish)
- The large and easy to read fonts of the original Text Watch
- Nice staggered animation
- Between one and four lines of text, depending on need.
- Text is centered both vertically and horizontally.
- Smaller words may share a single line (such as "fem i")
- Refactored code for better flexibility/rewriteability
A demo video of the left justified version is available here:

Change log:
1.0 First version.
1.1 Allowed composite lines to be longer so "kvart i" and "tjugo i" fits on one line

Here is my first take on a game for Pebble :)
Simply move your Copter through the maze. Every 200 Points the game gets a little harder.

DOWN - move down
SELECT - reset game
ATTENTION: you CAN'T win this game - it gets harder and harder until you crash ;)
Version 1.2:
- added speed. press select to switch between 1x and 2x speed
------------------------------------
Version 1.1:
- fixed bug pressing BACK after game over to bypass obstacles and basically making you immortal
- updated maze building algorithm (maze shouldn't get more narrow than the ship anymore and shouldn't get 'stuck' on the top or bottom anymore)
- fixed level not displaying correctly
Watchface resembling the Apple Newton clock app.
Shows the date and day of the week on the bottom.
It is a simple clock. With a background of the World.
Update 8/3/2013: New version has tick marks along top to mark the hours, and across the bottom in 5 minute increments. Old version w/o tick marks is still available; click at left.
See this page for experimental version that also adds 2 bold tick marks on the upper bar to indicate the sunrise and sunset time.

Variation of the Text Watch with the day & date in the lower right, and also thin progress bars across the top and bottom, for the day and the hour respectively.
I like the aesthetic of the text watch, and that's my usual watchface. First, I tweaked my own version of it, to reformat the day & date compared to some other ones I had found here. If you don't like the progress bars, you can get that version without them here:
http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=5066
The problem I have with the text watch though, is sometimes when I glance at my watch, I don't _need_ to know the exact time, I just want to get a general sense of how much of the day has passed, or how long I have until a meeting at the top of the hour. I wanted something visual I could interpret with a fleeting glance using my lizard brain, without having to spool up the language center. Yet, I wanted to do so in a way that would minimize the disruption of the clean text watch aesthetic.
I decided on 1 pixel tall progress bars across the top and bottom of the screen. The upper bar shows the percentage of the day that's past, the lower bar shows the percentage of the current hour that's past.
I learned how to make progress bars by examining the source code of this one:
http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=585
Aside from the progress bars, this is the same as my previous one: it includes the o's for single digit minutes, and has the days and month capitalized, without abbreviations, in 24 pt text on the lower right. To create that, I had started with the source code for this one:
http://www.mypebblefaces.com/view?fID=1433
I don't have a github account (am making these with cloudpebble.net), so I can't share my source code very easily, and pasting code into the comments section on this site doesn't seem to work. But if you give me an email or facebook address, I'd be happy to send it to you.
Original version, from before tick marks were added. Progress bars are just 1 pixel wide across top and bottom of screen.
I'm calling it "Orbits". The idea is that the planet orbits the sun every 12 hours and the little moon orbits the planet every 60 minutes. So, for example, the picture here shows the face displaying the time of 7:00.
The current version of this watchface is named "Orbits - white with numbers". There is also a black version named "orbits - black".
Thanks to Tycho for posting his code to Gatekeeper, which is what I used to get started!
This version has month and date in the top corners and hour (24hr form) and minute in the bottom corners. I have also shortened the sun rays and have them fading out a little. The source code is the same as the original version.
I thought that someone might enjoy a nice, simple Planet Express logo watchface.
