Description
The displays would definitely have room to be made larger and I'm sure more "options" could be added.
The RPMs would be the hour because they generally go that high.
The MPH would be the minutes. The fuel gauge would be the watches battery life.
I guess a fun idea would be to add a "turbo" gauge to be the strength of the bluetooth connection. Trip odometer could be used for "second" Check engine light could be used for AM and PM. Lots of customization available.

Description
The 12 dashes on the left indicate the height for hours/minutes starting from the bottom. The first peak indicates the current hour, on the example it is about 8. The second peak indicates the current minutes past, about 5.
Roman
Description
Simple face displaying the time in roman numerals. First line shows the hour. Second line shows the minute.
Termina Watch
Description
Based on the clock seen in Clocktown (Legend of Zelda: Majoras Mask) The black outer ring and the inner disc turn clockwise. You can tell the minute by looking at the omega-like symbol (at top) which works like a minute hand. And the hour by looking at the large shape seen at the top which works like an hour hand.
Bars
Description
The bars change height based on the time. First bar indicates hours, second bar indicates minutes.

Description
Simple digital watchface based on Mario UI. World indicates the date. Time indicates the current time.
QLOCKPEBBLE
Description
Based on QLOCKTWO. http://qlocktwo.com/info_w.php Larger letters spell out the current time, different words are hidden throughout the grid and are selected when needed.
